GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (T.C.V.) as of 01/01/2024

The company SAVOIE TRANSPORT ANTHONY ROUGIER provides private transport services by means of chauffeur-driven transport vehicles, exclusively by reservation and at a predefined price.
1 –OBJECT
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the conditions applicable to transport service contracts concluded between SAVOIE TRANSPORT ANTHONY ROUGIER and its customers. By using the services of SAVOIE TRANSPORT ANTHONY ROUGIER, the customer is presumed to have read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and to have fully accepted them.
2 – FORMATION OF THE TRANSPORT SERVICE CONTRACT
The customer can request a service 24/7 on the star-transport-resort.com website or by phone at 06.62.45.06.78. The customer provides all the information concerning his request for the service. He is solely responsible for this information, the following of which are considered essential to the contract: date of the transport service, place of pick-up, place of drop-off, time of collection, number of passengers (adult/child), number of luggage(s), nature of the service (transfer, provision). SAVOIE TRANSPORT ANTHONY ROUGIER sets the price of the service according to the information provided by the customer.
Payment of the prize is made by credit card via a secure electronic system. By providing their bank details, the customer accepts in advance and unconditionally that SAVOIE TRANSPORT ANTHONY ROUGIER proceeds with the secure transaction and authorises their bank in advance to debit their account for the amount of the service. After confirmation by the customer of his request for the service and payment of the price, SAVOIE TRANSPORT ANTHONY ROUGIER sends him, in return, by email or SMS, a reservation voucher summarising the information related to the service. The customer is responsible for verifying the information contained in the booking voucher. If it is impossible for SAVOIE TRANSPORT ANTHONY ROUGIER to send the said booking voucher by email, the booking is presumed to be in accordance with the customer’s request.
3 –RATES
SAVOIE TRANSPORT ANTHONY ROUGIER sets the price of the service according to the information provided by the customer. The prices indicated in our tariffs include VAT at the rate set by the regulations in force for transport services (10% for transfers, 10% for supplies), chauffeur service, fuel and unlimited insurance for the persons transported, tolls, VAT, provision on board the vehicles (cold drinks, Wi-Fi, phone charger) are included in the transport.
Any additional kilometre to the fixed rate established by the contract will be charged at 3,00 euros including VAT / km. For trips planned over several days, the following flat rates will be charged to the customer: Meal = 25,00 euros including VAT, Hotel night + breakfast = 120,00 euros including VAT.
4 –REGULATION
Accepted payment methods: Cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), bank transfer. Any transport service by transfer or provision is payable at the time of order.
5 – BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
5 – 1 – RESERVATION:
Any booking implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. The client and the service provider undertake to comply with all the clauses mentioned in this contract. No changes may be made to the above terms and conditions unless previously agreed between the parties. This contract would be suspended or cancelled by operation of law and without compensation of any kind in all cases recognized as force majeure (event external to SAVOIE TRANSPORT ANTHONY ROUGIER) such as disruption of traffic routes, natural disasters, pandemics, bad weather, demonstrations, accidents, breakdowns or malfunctions of telecommunications networks, shortage of labor or equipment, etc. The contract is only deemed to have been concluded once payment for the order has been received. Otherwise, it lapses by operation of law.
Any reservation of a transfer is mandatory and must be made at least 24 hours in advance by the website or by email, or at the last minute by phone depending on availability.
For flights, the 60-minute waiting time included in the ride is usually enough. However, if you need to collect checked baggage and/or if you are coming from a non-European destination, the time it takes to get off the plane, baggage claim and possible law enforcement control require quite long delays.
In these cases an additional late fee will be applied: 60,00 euros / hour including VAT. Any hour started is due in full.
5 – 2 – CANCELLATION:
A reservation can be cancelled by the customer, before the pick-up time indicated in the reservation voucher, by e-mail to star.transport.resort@gmail.com or by phone at +33.6.62.45.06.78.
- 100% refund if cancellation occurs more than 72 hours before the pick-up time
- 50% refund if cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the pick-up time.
- 0% refund if cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the pick-up time.
5 – 3 – PRICE INCREASE / DELAY
Night rate increased by 20% for any transport service between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Any delay of the passenger(s) in relation to the pick-up time indicated in the booking voucher will result in an increase in the price of the service, in the event that the customer notifies the driver by telephone at
+33.6.62.45.06.78, according to the following terms :
- More than 15 minutes late at departure: 60,00 euros including VAT increase.
- For each additional hour of delay: 60,00 euros / hour including VAT. Any hour started is due in full.
Payment of these surcharges is made at the latest when the passenger(s) get into the vehicle.
In the event of the customer’s absence at the meeting place, beyond the first 15 minutes free of charge, without any demonstration on his part, or response to the driver’s phone call, the service will be definitively lost, without the possibility of postponement and without being able to claim any refund.
5 – 4 – STATIONS / AIRPORTS
Particularity for a pick-up at the train station and airport:
As soon as you arrive, turn on your mobile phone.
Please note the flight or train number in “additional information” when booking. During a service departing from a train station or airport, a free wait of :
- 60 minutes are automatically included in the service for an airport.
- 40 minutes are automatically included in the service fora train station.
Beyond that, an increase of 60,00 euros / hour including VAT will be added to the final price.
6 – QUALITY OF SERVICE
SAVOIE TRANSPORT ANTHONY ROUGIER undertakes to provide or have carried out the transport services in accordance with the booking voucher and in compliance with all regulations and legislation in force.
In the event of subcontracting, the company SAVOIE TRANSPORT ANTHONY ROUGIER ensures that the persons and companies it uses meet the same conditions.
7 – RESPONSIBILITIES
SAVOIE TRANSPORT ANTHONY ROUGIER is guaranteed by a notoriously solvent insurance company that covers the risks related to its activity in accordance with the regulations in force.
In the event of a dispute, the liability of the company SAVOIE TRANSPORT ANTHONY ROUGIER can only be held if the customer provides proof of wrongful conduct on the part of the latter and of a causal link with the damage invoked.
The unlimited multi-risk insurance of the company SAVOIE TRANSPORT ANTHONY ROUGIER covers the liabilities related to the company. The customer is legally and criminally responsible for his actions.
7 – 1 – LIABILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND THE PERSONS TRANSPORTED
The customer undertakes for himself and for the passengers for whom he has contracted with SAVOIE TRANSPORT ANTHONY ROUGIER to behave responsibly from the moment of pick-up, in particular, by respecting the driver and the transport equipment as well as the following provisions :
- Compliance with the rules of the Highway Code (wearing a seat belt, car seat, booster seat, etc.),
- No smoking, eating or transporting hazardous materials. If necessary, your driver will make a stop on the way.
- Prohibition of the consumption of alcohol on board the vehicle,
- Luggage is accepted and remains the responsibility of the customer. The company SAVOIE TRANSPORT ANTHONY ROUGIER cannot be held responsible in the event of damage and/or loss of luggage or electronic devices (phone, tablet, etc.).
- Any damage to the vehicle, due to the customer, will be entirely at his expense
- For any other damage resulting in the immobilization of the vehicle:- Actual invoicing + Immobilization costs + Loss of revenue over an average of the last 3 months. In the event of a deterioration resulting in a cancellation of the next service, a fixed flat rate of 150,00 euros including VAT will be applied in addition, payable immediately by credit card.
- In the event of vomiting inside the vehicle, cleaning will be charged at 150,00 euros including VAT in addition to the service payable immediately by credit card.
- Small pets are accepted, as long as they are in a transport cage. Large assistance dogs are allowed.
Failure to comply with these provisions engages the exclusive responsibility of the customer and passengers both with regard to SAVOIE TRANSPORT ANTHONY ROUGIER and third parties. The company SAVOIE TRANSPORT ANTHONY ROUGIER declines all responsibility for the actions of its customer before and after his transport. SAVOIE TRANSPORT ANTHONY ROUGIER reserves the right to refuse to take charge, or to disembark, a passenger who does not comply with these obligations, as well as an alcoholic passenger.
7 – 2 – COMPLAINTS
Any complaint is only admissible within 5 days of the performance of the transport service concerned. Any dispute is the responsibility of the Courts instead of the registered office of the company SAVOIE TRANSPORT ANTHONY ROUGIER.
8 – PROVISION / TRANSFER
8 – 1 – TRANSFER:
The transfer service begins at the address indicated by the customer in the booking voucher and ends as soon as the customer arrives at the intended address.
8 – 2 – PROVISION:
Availability: transport is limited mileage as part of the hourly provision :
- 25 kilometres for 1 hour of availability.
- Price: 90,00 euros / hour including VAT.
